For the past ten years, Michael's personal and professional passion has been solely focused on achieving excellence in the field of New York City real estate. He is a lifelong New York resident, born in Manhattan and raised in Westchester County. From an early age, Michael was fascinated with the nuances of the unique and ever-evolving real estate market in the New York City area. After graduating from Manhattan College, Michael started Dearie Realty, a successful residential and commercial building management company in the Bronx. The hands-on experiences in dealing directly with both tenant requests and landlord concerns taught Michael the value of customer service, reliability, organization and honest communication. After several years of running Dearie Realty, Michael decided to take the next step in his career and joined New York's premier real estate sales company, Douglas Elliman.
When clients choose Michael to represent them in real estate transactions, they receive his expertise, intimate knowledge of the market, and dedication.
